6. Intellectual Property

6.2. Usage Restrictions : Users are prohibited from copying, reselling, redistributing, reverse-engineering, or otherwise exploiting any digital goods or services provided by ViralGenius without prior written consent.
7. Compliance with Payment Processors This website operates in accordance with the terms and conditions of various payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, and others. Users agree to comply with the terms of these providers when making transactions on our platform.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from virtual transactions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. Should these negotiations fail, the parties agree to enter into mediation with a neutral third party mutually agreed upon by both parties. If mediation does not result in a resolution within a reasonable period, either party may then pursue legal action. ViralGenius provides virtual products/services on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights. ViralGenius shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the virtual products/services, even if ViralGenius has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Users agree that their use of the services is at their sole risk.
10 . Limitation of Liability
NETSACH TECH LTD is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from platform use.
Changes to TermsViralGenius reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
