Refund Policy

Our Official Policy

ViralGenius will, at its discretion, allow for the refund or replacement of the product (all plans, except first payment after Free Trial) within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.

The customer may cancel their recurring billing subscription products at any time and will continue to have access to the ViralGenius service through the end of their billing period.

Refund Terms

• Payments are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial membership periods or unused content.
• Cancelling a subscription prevents future rebills but does not trigger a refund.
• We aim to resolve product issues with support first. If a resolution isn’t possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Refunds are credited only to the original payment method. If that account is closed, the refund is not possible.
• Repeated refund requests may result in blocking future purchases or the right to return.
• Refunds requested within 30 days must be reviewed and approved by our support team based on evidence.
• Refunds are processed within 3–4 business days after approval.
• No obligation to refund in the following situations:
  • You changed your mind.
  • You bought a product by mistake.
  • You lack the technical ability to use the product.
  • You’re asking out of goodwill.
  • You’re experiencing a personal emergency.
• If our team explicitly states that a payment is non-refundable, disputes or refund requests will not be honored.
• Requesting a refund revokes all rights to use the product. Continuing to use it afterward is a violation of intellectual property rights.
• We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, quarters, or years of service upon cancellation.

• To help us improve, please include the reason for the refund and allow us a chance to resolve the issue.
