All purchases of ViralGenius subscriptions and digital products are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
2Refund Eligibility
In accordance with Paddle’s refund policy, all consumers are entitled to a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed by Paddle with no exceptions or conditions.
3Processing & Terms
Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with their Consumer Terms and Conditions, which can be reviewed here:
